Complete required checks before tapping in

What to do when the app asks you to complete forms before you start.

Your organization may require one or more forms before you start work, such as an equipment check or a start-of-shift declaration. When you tap in, you'll see Before you tap in with your progress, for example 1 of 2 required checks complete.

1. Open a check Tap a check to open its form.
2. Complete it Fill out the form and submit it.
3. Continue When every check is done, you'll see All required checks are complete and can tap in.

Status	What it means
Not started	You haven't completed this check yet.
Complete	Done for this tap in.
Failed — review required	A scored check didn't pass. Speak to your supervisor.
Unavailable	The form couldn't be loaded. The app records this when you tap in.

Each check says whether it's required for everyone or just for your group.

Note

Required checks need a connection to load. If they can't be loaded, reconnect and try again.
