Roles, the Portal and the app
Who uses which part of Ranes, and what each role can do.
There are two ways into Ranes.

Roles
| Role | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Global Admin | Full company administration, including assigning admin roles. Some setup is Global Admin only: creating and editing planners, renaming Jobs, and setting Tap In checks. |
| User Admin | Managing people: inviting, suspending and reactivating users. Can't assign admin roles. |
| Billing Admin | Billing administration, with partial Portal access. |
| User app only | Uses the app for assigned work. No Portal access. |
