Control who can complete a task
Limit a task to specific people, groups, jobs or administrators.
By default, anyone assigned to the planner can mark a task complete. You can narrow this per task, for example so only a qualified person or a supervisor can sign off a step.
| Option | Who can mark it complete |
|---|---|
| Company Default | Follows your organization's default setting. |
| Anyone | Anyone assigned to this planner. |
| All company users | Any active user in your organization. |
| Specific users | Only the people you select. |
| Specific groups | Members of the groups you select. |
| Jobs | Active users on the jobs you select. |
| Admin only | Only administrators. |
| Planner owner only | Only the person who owns the planner. |
