The form tabs
| Tab | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Build | Add and arrange questions, instructions, media, signatures and stop checks. Set up scoring. |
| Settings | Name, type, description, Library access and other options. |
| Revisions | See drafts and published versions, and publish or start a new draft. |
| Assignments | Send the form to people and track what's outstanding. |
| Submissions | Review responses, scores and approvals. |
Tip
Name forms for what people are doing, not for the paper form number. Forklift daily check is easier to find than FM-114 rev C. Put the reference number in the description so it's still searchable.
