Find your way around the Portal

What's in each part of the Portal's menu.

Menu item	What it's for
Dashboard	A company-wide summary of activity and what needs attention.
Work	A board of all work that's due, overdue or in progress. See Track work on the Work board.
Messages	Conversations with people and teams.
Workspace	Your jobs. Pick one to see everything happening there. See Use the job workspace.
Library	What you build: Forms, Planners, Documents and Training.
Operations	What happened: Log-Its and Timeclocks.
Admin	Users, Company settings, Assets, Billing and Reports.
Help	Opens Ranes Docs beside the page you're on.

What you see depends on your role. Billing Admins and User Admins see part of the menu. See Roles, the Portal and the app.

Note

If your organization renamed Jobs, for example to Projects or Sites, the Portal uses your word everywhere. See Rename Jobs to fit your organization.
