A planner marked Shared is one record that everyone assigned works on together.

• Task outcomes and form submissions are visible to everyone assigned.
• You don't need to repeat a task someone else has completed.
• Work that other people submitted appears under Submitted by others.
• The planner can only be finished once all remaining shared tasks are resolved.

Tip

Agree who's doing what before you start, so two people don't work on the same task.
