Find and open documents

Search the document library and open files on your phone.

1. Open Documents Tap Documents in the menu or in Quick access on My Work.
2. Search Search by name, or browse the folders you have access to.
3. Open Tap a file to open it. Files can be PDFs, videos, images, audio or links.

Note

You only see folders you've been given access to. If something's missing, ask your administrator.

Documents for a specific task are also attached to the task in the planner.
