Comment and choose who's notified

Use Store-It, Review-It and Escalate-It to decide how urgently people hear about it.

Comments belong to an image. When you add one, choose its severity.

Severity	What happens
Store-It	Saved for record-keeping. No one is notified.
Review-It	Sends an in-app notification to the assignee for follow-up.
Escalate-It	Sends an in-app notification and an email for urgent follow-up.

Which to choose

• Store-It: a photo of completed work for the record.
• Review-It: a worn part that should be replaced this week.
• Escalate-It: anything that could hurt someone or stop work today.

Tip

Save Escalate-It for urgent issues. If everything is urgent, nothing stands out.
