Forms troubleshooting

Fixes for the most common form problems.

I can't assign my form

Forms must be published before they can be assigned. Publish a revision on the Revisions tab and try again. If the Assign button is still unavailable, ask an administrator for permission to manage form assignments.

"Cannot create assignments for 0 users"

The groups or jobs you picked have no active people in them. Check the group or job members, or pick individual users.

My changes aren't showing for people

You're probably editing a draft. People only see the published revision. Publish the draft to make it live.

Scores aren't appearing

• Scores appear only after a submission is submitted, not while it's a draft.
• Scoring only applies to submissions made after the scored revision was published.
• If a score has no outcome, add a catch-all band that starts at 0%.

I can't find a form in the app

Check the Library tab as well as Assignments. If it's in neither, the assignment may not be available yet (it has a future start date), or it wasn't assigned to you.

My form won't submit

• Look for required questions you haven't answered.
• Check that every stop check has been approved.
• If you see a save or connection error, your answers are still on your device. Try again with a better connection.
