Add task photos and Log-Its

Record evidence with a quick photo, or a Log-It for detailed work.

Many tasks ask for proof the work was done. You have two options.

Option	Use it for
Task photo	A quick picture showing the task is done, such as the finished repair or a clean area.
Log-It	A detailed, photo-based record: an observation, an issue, or work that needs a description and markup.

Add a task photo

1. Open the task Find Task Record. If it says Required, you'll need a photo before completing the task.
2. Add the photo Take a new photo or choose one from your device.

Create a Log-It for a task

1. Start it In the task, choose to create a task Log-It.
2. Describe it Say what the photo will document, then select Create Log-It.
3. Add the photo Add the photo and any markup. The Log-It stays linked to the task and appears under Created for this task.
